EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITY IN HEALTH INSURANCE FIELD- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAIN ONSITE IN LOWER MANHATTAN !!!

$17-$18 / HR

Bilingual candidates with direct customer service experience to train to become a Certified Application Counselor (CAC), helping consumers better understand and enroll in health insurance through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace...

Required Education, Training & Professional Experience : (URAC Core 25a)

  • Associate’s Degree and minimum 1 year of experience in direct consumer contact, including, but not limited to, customer engagement, customer services, sales, community engagement.; OR
  • High school degree and 3-5 years of experience in direct consumer contact, including, but not limited to, customer engagement, customer services, sales, community engagement; Healthcare especially Managed Care experience preferred but not required.
  • Bi-lingual preferred

Licensure and / or Certification Required : (URAC Core 25c) can be obtained during 1st month of employment. Company will facilitate the training and certification process.
