My client is a highly respected, ENR-recognized general contractor headquartered in Northwest Ohio, known for delivering large-scale industrial, advanced manufacturing, and complex commercial projects across more than a dozen states. They are actively seeking multiple PMs to support their growing industrial and manufacturing portfolio, leading ground-up projects typically $100M+ with full ownership from preconstruction through turnover.

Compensation : $185K–$215K+ base for 100% travel plus per diem, paid travel home, and full benefits.

Responsibilities :

• Lead all phases of large-scale industrial / advanced manufacturing projects ($100M+)
• Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, buyout, and full P&L accountability
• Oversee field operations with strong on-site presence (not a remote PM role)
• Coordinate subcontractors, internal self-perform teams, MEP trades, and design partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, and key stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality execution while maintaining strict safety standards
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment across all project phases
