At Premium Lawncare and Maintenance Inc., a locally owned, family-run business, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Mowing Crew and Landscaping Installation Crew.

Positions :

Mowing Crew Member : Help keep our clients' properties looking sharp and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include :

  • Operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edging tools.
  • Performing routine lawn maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
  • Working efficiently as part of a crew to complete daily mowing routes.
  • Keeping equipment clean and in working condition.

Landscaping Installation Crew Member : Work on transforming outdoor spaces through hands-on landscape projects.

Responsibilities include :

  • Installing plants, trees, sod, mulch, rock, and landscape features.
  • Assisting with irrigation setups and hardscaping tasks as needed.
  • Following layout plans and direction from crew leads or supervisors.
  • Maintaining job site cleanliness and safety.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience in mowing or landscaping is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable, hard-working, and punctual.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Team player with a good attitude and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
