Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to) : Learn and navigate our practice management software Efficiently schedule patients to keep operations running smoothly Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful, accurate solutions Build trusting, long-term client relationships Generate sales leads and support practice growth Meet personal and team sales goals and call handling targets Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Go above and beyond to create a positive customer experience Qualifications : High school diploma or GED required A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute Strong interpersonal and communication skills The ability to shine in a dynamic and sometimes high-energy environment And of course… a sincere love for both dogs and cats (We’re animal people—this one’s non-negotiable!)
