The candidate must be TEE certified and preferably have a fellowship in cardiac anesthesiology, covering various cases in a Level 1 Trauma and Academic Center. Cardiac Anesthesiologist BC

Location : Omaha NE

Excellent Compensation

Must ne TEE Certified

NE license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)

Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship - Highly preferred

Schedule / Availability Requirements :

Duration : March 4 - 8 and ongoing coverage

unrestricted overnight call and weekend call; Monday - Friday 8-10 hour days

Setting : 187 bed Level 1 Trauma / Academic Center, 15 ORs in main, 3 endoscopy suites, 2 EP Lab / TEE / Invasive & Non-invasive Cardiology / Neuro IR / Bronch / MRI Lines / Obstetrics

Duties : Need anesthesiologist to cover open heart, thoracic, vascular and structural heart cases. Must be TEE certified and cardiac anesthesiology fellowship preferred. Physicians will be assisting with general OR in addition to above

FTE : 1.0

EMR : EPIC

Support Staff :

Reason for Coverage : current locums cancelled

Deal Breakers : must be Tee certified

Credentialing Information :

Timeframe : 60 - 90 days

All expenses provided (travel, lodging, malpractice insurance etc.)
