What You'll Do :
- Build and maintain referral relationships with home health agencies, hospitals, and physician groups
- Hit monthly admit goals and drive patient referrals
- Execute weekly / monthly strategies to grow market share in your territory
- Deliver impactful in-services and sales presentations
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and document progress
Requirements
What You Bring :
2–3 years of successful healthcare sales experience (home health, hospice, or wound care)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independentlyProficiency in Outlook and CRM softwareValid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insuranceBachelor’s degree preferredBenefits :
