Crestline Investors, Inc., founded in 1997 and based in Fort Worth, Texas, is an institutional alternative investment management firm. Crestline specializes in credit and opportunistic investments, including financing and restructuring solutions for mature private equity funds. In addition, the firm manages a multi-PM equity market-neutral hedge fund, and provides beta and hedging solutions for institutional clients. The company maintains affiliate offices in New York City, London, Toronto and Tokyo.

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our Client Partnership Group (CPG). Comprising over 20 professionals, CPG is responsible for client service, new business development, and product management, serving multiple roles within the firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a proficient understanding of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), and is a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and learn in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside senior and mid-level members of CPG to reach our fundraising goals across our core investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Performance Reporting : Complete recurring, client-specific performance reporting to assist Product Specialists in compiling quarterly performance data for investor reporting
• Assist with data collection and financial modeling such as performance calculation, performance attribution and fee sensitivities
• Update and maintain MS Excel file used by Product Specialists and wider CPG team
• External Database Maintenance : Provide accurate reporting to various databases (e.g., Pitchbook, eVestment, etc.) on a quarterly basis
• CRM System Maintenance : Update and maintain accurate performance information in Backstop (CRM system)
