Department / Unit Summary

The Anesthesia RN Unit is equipped with 13 beds and handles an average of 300 cases per month. The scope of procedures includes a diverse range of specialties : Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Laparoscopic and Endoscopic, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Prostate, and Gastroenterological surgeries. The majority of cases are general and orthopedic. Surgical operations are conducted Monday through Friday, with additional night, weekend, and holiday call rotations to ensure continuous coverage.

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a associates degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include :
