Job descriptionMust be at least 18 years old 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews A valid driver's license Bilingual a plus!, English and Spanish Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers. Una licencia de conducer valida Iniciativa,Integridad, & Adaptabilidad Debe poder submit escaleras, agacharse, 7 arrodillarse regularmente Debe poder levanter mas de 50 libras regularmente Debe ser capaz de trabajar a diferentes alturas y durante una variedad de condiciones climaticas Entorno fisico : Ambiente de campo con exposicion a alturas, ruido y temperaturas. Esfuerzo fisico : Estar de pie mucho tiempo, caminar, subir escaleras. Levantamiento frecuente que no exceda las 50 libras. Viaje : Todo es local, hasta 2 horas de distancia. JB Roofing, A Tecta America Company is currently searching for a Commercial Roofing Tech I at our Akron, OH location
You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Commercial Roofing Service Tech I Responsibilities :
- Roof maintenance and repairs
- Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
- Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
- Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
