Job description
Job Store Staffing is seeking a qualified Electronic Assembly Associate for our Electronics Manufacturing client!
Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 am-2:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16-18/hour
Duration: Temporary (about one to two months) with possibility to go longer
Location: West Colorado Springs, CO 80907
Responsibilities:
- Assemble printed circuit boards by wiring, soldering, and crimping, etc
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, product specific documentation and work instructions
- Construct printed circuit boards according to specifications using hand tools to place and adhere various components
- Inspect and count parts
- Prepare and install components using hand tools
- Use soldering iron
- Identify thru-hole and surface mount parts with respect to polarity and component identification
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Soldering experience required
- IPC certification required
- Ability to effectively use microscopes
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work with calipers and micrometers
