Lead Carpenter
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee and execute residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in carpentry, leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This role involves managing job sites, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Lead and manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, cabinetry, trim work, and installation of doors / windows.
Supervise and mentor carpentry crew and laborers on-site.
Coordinate with project managers, homeowners, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues as they arise.
Track materials, tools, and equipment usage.
Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders regularly.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00 / yr.
