Senior Patient Account Representative

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient scheduling, registration, charge entry, billing, collections, coding, follow-up, payment posting, and credit balance resolution

Reconcile daily IDX system receivables reports and assist in preparing billing statements

Initiate contact with patients and insurance carriers regarding claims and payment issues

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

3-5 years of experience in Medical Billing, Medical Collections, or Medical Billing Systems (IDX or similar)

No licensure or certifications required
