About the Role :

Join The Goddard School of Aurora (South) as a Lead Pre Kindergarten Teacher, where you will inspire young minds and foster a love for learning in a nurturing environment. We are looking for passionate educators who are dedicated to creating engaging and developmentally appropriate experiences for children aged 4-5 years.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Encourage positive behavior and social skills through effective classroom management techniques.
• Engage with parents through regular communication and participation in school events.
• Stay current with early childhood education trends and best practices.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all children.
