Director, QA Engineering

We're seeking someone to join our QA Engineering team as a Director in WM Technology.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a QA Eng III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for devising test strategies, conducting and / or coordinating tests, and identifying defects to maintain high standards of performance and reliability.

What You'll Do In The Role :

• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure the software meets requirements.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure quality.
• Create comprehensive testing plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Conduct manual and automated testing and analyze the results to identify defects.
• Identify and implement improvements to quality processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Regularly evaluate processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with development, product, and other relevant teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Clearly communicate quality standards and expectations to the QA team and other stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest testing technologies and methodologies and contribute to improving testing processes.
