DSI is hiring for Visitor Control Officer / Customer Service in Huntsville, AL.

This role involves interacting with the public in a busy environment, greeting visitors, and providing directions and assistance while maintaining excellent customer service and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage access using electronic kiosks and computer systems.
• Provide directions and assistance into the building as needed.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Perform routine foot patrols and observe for safety and security concerns.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards; comply with DSI and Client requirements and post instructions.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.

Salary : $15.00 per hour.
