As a Medicare Benefit Advisor, you'll leverage your Medicare expertise and sales skills to guide retired seniors in choosing the best Medicare Life and Health Plans for their needs. With comprehensive training and a competitive salary, you'll help clients understand options like Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D drug plans. Advisors contract with multiple insurance companies, offering unbiased recommendations and assistance throughout the enrollment process at no direct cost to clients, as they are compensated by the insurance companies.

  • Consult and empower seniors aged 65 and older with the best Medicare life and health plans tailored to their needs.
  • Conduct proactive outbound sales calls for various campaigns with confidence.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain high motivation and relish the recognition and rewards for your exceptional efforts.
  • Embrace challenges head-on, driven by a desire to make a significant impact.
  • Commit wholeheartedly to achieving success in sales.
  • Communicate effectively and passionately to help others navigate their Medicare options.

Requirements

To become an independent Medicare insurance advisor, you need to obtain a health insurance license, often a combined life and health license, while meeting age requirements and passing a background check. The process includes pre-licensing courses, state licensing exams, and annual training for specific products like Medicare Advantage plans.

Steps to Become a Medicare Advisor :
