About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruiting process end-to-end, including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates. You will not have to interview candidates.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees and assist with professional offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation such as SOPs, wiki pages, employee records, and team directories.
  • Distribute and balance workloads using ClickUp, while monitoring for potential burnout risks.
  • Track progress on projects and tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
  • Compile, organize, and report on team KPIs and performance data.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and document recurring team meetings (e.g., Level 10s) and follow up on action items.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between departments to ensure timely information flow.
  • Manage internal calendars, meeting logistics, and other administrative coordination.
  • Provide day-to-day logistical and administrative support to the Operations Manager.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and team development initiatives in collaboration with leadership.

  • Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management and operations, HR, administrative operations, or people coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and comfort, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with KPIs, project management, and internal documentation systems.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-focused mindset.
  • Experience supporting a fast-paced, remote-first, and systems-driven team environment.

    Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range : $1000-1500.
  • Full-time, semi-flexible position (mandatory working hours from 8 AM to 12 PM EST; remaining hours can be scheduled throughout your day).
