- Multiple Sites in catchment area

- Adult and Geriatric Patients
- Oversees APP's onsite
- Clinical Support
- Requirements
- ACLS, BLS
- Active OH DEA
- Board certified
- AMDA certification preferred but not required
- EMR
Monday thru Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Primary care at both assisted living and skilled nursing facilities
Nurse Practitioner
Active Ohio License
Chart Path including A.I. Ambience Auto Scribe - point click care
