Looking for an Executive Chef or a seasoned Sous Chef ready to make his mark in the culinary world. We are a all-day farm friendly restaurant that have been in South Jersey for 20 years. We are looking for an organized, hungry leader in the kitchen to move us into the next phase of our growth. Important aspects of the job are to first continue with the positive culture at our establishment and build on its culinary values.
Commanding a team of about a 12-15 people , Chef will be responsible for all kitchen activities for the restaurant that will include the following and other responsibilities that may not listed.

Prior experience in menu creation, recipe development and training

Food budgeting
Required Education and Experience
Degree from Culinary Arts school is preferred; may substitute additional experience for education.
3 or more years in Kitchen Management.
Prior experience in menu creation, recipe writing and coaching / training.
Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work flexible hours and days. Must exhibit top-notch teamwork.
