About the Hybrid Role :
Patient Care & Clinical Support
Providing compassionate care for patients in all interactions.Assisting surgical staff with surgical and dental procedure preparation, practice, recovery and clean up.Performing basic hospital maintenance including but not limited to laundry, cleaning, restocking and organizing.Client education and care though all phases of the client journey.Client Communication & Customer Service
Communicating with pet owners with professionalism and empathy.Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and pets to exam rooms.Scheduling and confirming appointments.Placing follow-up calls and reaching out to prospective clients.Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.Recommending, selecting, and dispensing products and services, including prescriptions.Answering client questions regarding hospital services and general pet care (e.g., heartworm prevention, flea / tick control, housebreaking).Administrative & Facility Responsibilities
Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.Maintaining hospital cleanliness and sanitation at all times, including removal of animal waste, to ensure a neat and welcoming environment both inside and outside the facility.The pay range for this position is $18-$19 / hr.
