Data Engineer

Job Overview :

Search Solution Group is seeking a Data Engineer on behalf of our client, an investment advisory firm providing a wide range of services. This role is vital to the organization's data strategy, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the implementation of modern data assets. The Data Engineer will manage the full lifecycle of data processes, including ingestion, transformation, reporting, and troubleshooting, using a combination of cloud-based and traditional data platform technologies. This position is key to ensuring reliable, high-quality data that supports business operations, analytics, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable code for all stages of the ELT process.
• Design and implement data models, pipelines, and workflows using Snowflake and Azure-based services.
• Create and maintain reporting and visualization assets using Power BI or custom front-end solutions.
• Monitor and resolve production support issues to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business partners, and external vendors to deliver effective data solutions.
• Follow and enforce change management policies and procedures.
• Participate in code reviews, testing processes, and production release cycles.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, or features to improve system architecture and performance.
