Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities :

  • Oversee service department operations
  • Hire, lead, motivate, and develop staff
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain shop supplies & parts inventory
  • Drive production & enforce quality standards
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service

    • Requirements of Automotive Service Manager :

  • Automotive Service Manager / Leader related experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good computer, leadership & customer service skills
  • Able to pass a background check
