Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health by overseeing the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishing and maintaining fiscal controls, preparing and interpreting financial reports, overseeing financial systems, and safeguarding the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes : pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable, and employee travel & expense.
Responsibilities include : performing monthly / quarterly responsibilities related to medical rebates and GPO admin fees calculation and payout transactions, calculating rebates for accruals and payouts, preparing audit packages and submitting for approval, working with offshore teams to facilitate data processing requests associated with corresponding rebate payouts, providing detailed reporting for completed payouts, validating GPO admin fee data for monthly payouts, owning and managing any admin fee escalations to resolution, aiding in oversight and accountability to ensure rebates and admin fees are paid timely and completely, responding to direct inquiries pertaining to rebates and admin fees from both internal and external stakeholders, assisting in month-end reconciliations and ensuring accruals accurately reflect the contract and have relevant P&L impacts, maintaining and enhancing SOX internal control structure, supporting current payout and reporting requests and processes, working with manager on more complicated customer and transaction activities, and collaborating across the organization to properly account for transactions, including but not limited to sales, legal, finance, pricing, accounting, and contracting.
Qualifications include : a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, preferred; 4-8 years of experience in a related field preferred, including but not limited to finance, audit, or accounting; strong experience with Microsoft Excel and the ability to use common formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP); and knowledge with SAP, Vistex, legal contracts, and GAAP standards is a plus.

Anticipated salary range : $67,500-$96,300.
