Senior Production Planner - 247906

Responsibilities

• Own the Master Production Schedule and drive consistent On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Lead supply planning using forecasts, historical data, and modeling tools to create optimized plans.
• Oversee MRP-driven scheduling, including work order release, prioritization, and production tracking.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement / inventory teams to avoid shortages.
• Act as the primary planning liaison for internal and commercial teams, adjusting plans and communicating risks.
• Support NPI and sample planning with cross-functional partners (Quality, Engineering, Operations).
• Maintain capacity models, conduct scenario planning, and support long-term scaling efforts.
• Track and report key metrics such as OTD, schedule adherence, capacity use, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to increase productivity and optimize resources.
• Mentor and guide Materials Planners in daily planning activities.
