  • $270 / hour - Day Pool Rate
  • $290 / hour - Night Pool Rate
  • $225 / hour - Critical Access
  • Signing bonus - $50,000
  • Relocation - up to $15,000
  • Educational loan repayment - up to $100,000 over 5 years
