In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the Director of CIP and Automation, you are responsible for unleashing the potential of our manufacturing workflows by tapping into data analysis to drive enhanced automation and efficiencies.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Process Examination : Scrutinize existing production practices to reveal automation opportunities.
  • Solution Design : Craft and implement automated systems to boost operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration : Partner with varied teams to facilitate the seamless assimilation of automation tech.
  • Feasibility Exploration : Carry out studies to evaluate project viability and alignment with company goals.
  • Documentation & Monitoring : Keep comprehensive records of processes and evaluate system performance for continual improvement.
  • Training : Equip team members with the knowledge to utilize newly implemented technologies effectively.
  • Industry Insight : Keep pace with automation trends and integrate beneficial innovations.
  • Dashboard Design : Create intuitive visual reporting tools for tracking and evaluating KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement : Drive initiative through strategic use of production insights for systemic enhancements.

Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Five years of applicable experience or relevant educational background.
  • Proven record in effectuating the shift from manual to automated processes.
  • Strong adeptness with robotics, PLCs, and process control systems.
  • Well-versed in CAD & other engineering tools.
  • Added advantage : Six Sigma Certification.
