What You'll Do

  • Originate loans while leading and managing your own branch
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs)
  • Build long-lasting referral relationships with Realtors, builders, and developers
  • Oversee application-to-closing pipeline and ensure loan quality standards
  • Stay ahead of local / state / national lending compliance requirements

What You Bring

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator license
  • Proven experience in loan origination and branch-level leadership
  • Strong understanding of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, and investor guidelines
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (TILA, RESPA, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and financial analysis skills
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for sales and growth
