As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for business owners exploring financing solutions. Using our dialer system, you’ll re-engage past leads, qualify new ones, and set up discovery calls for our Sales Team. What You’ll Do :

🔹 Engage with business owners through high-volume calls via our dialer system.

🔹 Re-engage leads who previously inquired about financing but weren’t ready.

🔹 Conduct discovery calls to assess business needs and determine qualification.

🔹 Educate potential clients on our financing solutions and how we can help them grow.

🔹 Set up qualified prospects for Business Finance Advisors to close deals.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ No prior sales experience is required – just a strong drive to succeed!

✅ Strong communication skills – confident, clear, and engaging on the phone.

✅ Resilient & adaptable – comfortable handling objections and keeping energy high.

✅ Organized & detail-oriented – able to manage multiple leads efficiently.

✅ Eager to learn & grow – looking for a career path, not just another job.

💡 Bonus : Experience using a dialer system or CRM (like Salesforce) is a plus!
