Job descriptionHave an opportunity to support a fast growing business through product development lifecycle from ideation to execution. Advise and consult with risk and business teams to help develop well-designed products, processes, and supporting technologies and implement risk management practices; support our business partners to drive the risk / return trade-off decisions Partner closely with the business teams to lead and deliver on our well-managed agenda Stay abreast of the changing regulatory environment of the travel industry and understand the impacts to the business areas that you support Work with business partners to validate risk processes impacting the companies bottom line Use analytical skills to conduct Risk Process Improvement, Process Design & Process Excellence Large scale Process Management / Governance Work with dynamic teams on Departmental Process Management & Execution At least 5 years of experience in Project or Process Management At least 2 years experience in Operations Management At least 2 years experience in Project Management At least 2 years experience in People Management 3+ years of professional experience working directly within the travel industry (airline management, corporate travel, tour operation, or hospitality). 5+ years of experience in Financial Services 10+ years of overall experience as a Project or Process Manager Business Process Management certification, Six Sigma Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt certification, Agile Coach certification, Compliance Certification (CRCM)Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
