Job Overview :

The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate with 3-8 years prior experience in commercial litigation. He or she will have a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical and writing skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. As an Associate, you will assist in all aspects of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, drafting, depositions, trial preparation, and client communication. Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Ohio.
• 3-8 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with clients.
• A detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
