December : 10-12, 16-17, 22-23 (x2), 24, 29-30 (x2), 31(call only).

2026 dates :

Jan : 26. Feb : 9-13, 16-20. March 2-6, 9-13, 16-20. April : 13-17, 20-24, 27-May1. May : 18-22, 25-29.

June : 1-7. July 8-12. Ongoing weekly.

Length of Assignment : Ongoing

Shift Hours : 7 AM - 4 PM

Call Ratio : Yes. Schedule - every 4th night. Beeper- 30 minutes response time.

Call Hours : 4 PM - 7 AM

Case Mix : GS, Ortho, URO, Opthalmology, VAS, Dental, ENT, POD. Must be proficient in Spinals, blocks and epidurals.

# of ORs : 3

Staff : 4 providers on floor during day

Supervision and Ratio : All CRNA practice. No supervision.

Active License

Credentialing Time Frame : 60-90 days

Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, PALS
