About the Role

ProCare Therapy is seeking 12 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high-quality speech and language services to elementary students. This is an onsite-only position working with a caseload of approximately 4555 students with a range of needs, from mild to severe behaviors.

Position Details

Caseload : Elementary (Grades K5)

Students with mild to severe behavioral and communication needs

Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs

Provide direct therapy and consult with teachers, parents, and staff

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current California SLP license and / or ASHA CCC-SLP

School-based experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
