Position Overview
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for Organic Social Content Planning, Scheduling, Publishing and Reporting. They actively drive 1 : 1 relationships with consumers for multiple brands via community management, engagement, gifting, and other tactics. This role reports to a Social Media Content Manager and works collaboratively with a copywriter.

Base Salary : $63,250 - $110,680
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and / or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan / McCormick’s Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan / McCormick’s Dividend Program.
