About The Position

ID : 74349800 Shift : Shift : Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts : Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights Description : Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer.??Candidate must have Hawaii License by start ofassignment.Long Term Care Facility on site of hospital. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notifications to MD / NP ofpertinentinformation, admitting and discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinarycathetercare,nebulizertreatments, wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties. shift scheduling of 8-hourshifts : Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights 2300 0730.including weekends,holidays, OTrotationmay be required.No guarantee of hours or shift preference. Additional arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday. Please do not accept the start date offered if they cannot be there on time.
