Job descriptionCompetitive pay starting at $18 per hour 2nd shift schedule with steady hours Work in a team-focused, fast-paced environment Hands-on role with opportunities to grow Previous sanitation or cleaning experience (food processing preferred) Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks Comfortable working around meat, poultry, or seafood products High school diploma or equivalent preferred Team player with a strong work ethic Basic communication skills (English or Spanish)
Sanitation Associate
Join our team as a Sanitation Associate and play a key role in keeping our facility clean, safe, and ready for production! This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and wants to be part of a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do :
- Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, floors, and walls
- Safely use cleaning solutions and follow food safety guidelines (GMPs)
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
- Keep sanitation records and cleaning supplies organized
- Work with operations staff to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Report any contamination or safety concerns right away
