further support the consistent growth and demand the practice

Hospital Otolaryngology program has been instrumental in Community
Hospital’s unprecedented growth and success over the last decade.
From what started as a small local offering in 2016, this program
has grown extensively over the last decade to become a
well-respected and highly sought-after regional service line that
experiences referrals coming from all corners of Western Colorado
and Eastern Utah. With the growing demand for the
practice's services, we are actively looking for an
additional Otolaryngologist Physician to join this growing practice
with a positive reputation for quality outcomes and patient
experiences.
The
Position Included : Group
currently consists of 2 Fellowship Trained Otolaryngologists
(Facial Plastics and Reconstruction & Pediatrics) and Two
Advanced Practice Providers.
Groups supports
a Level III trauma center with a larger trauma facility nearby.
Well established referral network - including
numerous growing hospital employed primary
care groups.

Guaranteed Base Salary of
$450,000 plus wRVU production-based compensation. Given the
expansive regional draw for this service line, the production-based
compensation is
