Pharmacist Inpatient

Description : 13 weeks

40HPW. Rotating days, PM's, and weekends

Weekdays 8-hour shifts with 0600, 0730, 1200, and 1330 shift start times

Weekends at 10-hour shifts with 0600 and 1200 shift start times

Holiday shifts required

1st time travelers accepted

Required : 2yrs exp, inpatient pharmacy exp, BLS, RPh, WI State License (pending licenses accepted), and Bachelor s or Pharm D degree

Preferred : ACLS and Cerner exp

Agency pharmacist will be trained on second shift for optimal exposure and patient load

IV compounding skills required

Finger-glove-thumb testing and media fill upon arrival

Tabletop compounding required

Will be required to go to codes
