Health Advocacy Specialist

Mediate consumer complaints against healthcare providers and insurance, respond to consumer inquiries via our telephone hotline. Applicants should have good vebal and written communications skills and an interest in consumer advocacy. The position takes place in the office and requires a minimum of 10 hours per week, a minimum of 4 hours a day.
