What You Will Be Doing

Elevate our Guide team through world‑class training programs that embody Alpha’s innovative educational approach.

Develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that capture facilitation excellence, creative learning experiences, and effective problem‑solving strategies.

Deliver impactful, growth‑oriented feedback that measurably enhances Guide performance and student outcomes.

Showcase exemplary coaching techniques by personally mentoring a select group of students, setting the gold standard for motivation and engagement.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Creating curriculum content – Guides facilitate learning through cutting‑edge adaptive applications; your expertise focuses on developing exceptional facilitators.

Compromising on excellence – our 100% mastery standard is non‑negotiable, and you will be its champion.

Conducting conventional training sessions – your development approach will be dynamic, interactive, and energizing.

Core Responsibilities

Coach and develop both Guides and students with unwavering commitment to our three core promises : ensuring every learner in your cohort develops a genuine love for learning, achieves twice the typical academic progress, and masters essential life skills. Excellence is the only acceptable outcome.

Basic Requirements

Current residence in or willingness to relocate to one of Alpha’s campus locations.

Bachelor’s degree (all disciplines considered).

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields.

Proven track record developing and implementing groundbreaking educational programs, training initiatives, or curriculum innovations.

Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated success building and inspiring high‑achievement teams.

Substantive experience working with school‑aged youth (5‑18) in educational or developmental contexts.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for performance optimization and continuous improvement.

Authorization to work in the United States.

Contract type : Contractor of Record via Crossover, paid $100 / hour ($200,000 / year assuming 40 hours / week, 50 weeks / year).

Location : Boulder, CO (remote options may be available).
