Clinical Pharmacist

Position Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our dedicated pharmacy team. In this role, you will provide general clinical and pharmacy services while supervising technical staff to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care across all hospital departments.

You'll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret, verify, and accurately enter physician orders.
• Compound and dispense medications with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor therapy for drug interactions, contraindications, and dosing accuracy .
• Sustain the hospital formulary and promote evidence-based medication use.
• Provide medication information and clinical support to staff and patients.
• Participate in clinical programs such as pharmacokinetics, nutrition support, anticoagulation management, renal dosing , and more.
• Document all interventions and report medication errors / adverse events.
• Support and supervise pharmacy operations and personnel.
