Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

Proven expertise in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular surgical procedures

Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the operating room, prioritizing patient safety and comfort

Assist surgeons and surgical teams during complex procedures

Maintain a sterile and organized environment in the OR

Monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative changes

Accurately document all aspects of perioperative patient care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality clinical support

Participate in on-call rotation as required
