Salary :

$101,920 - $108,160 per year (annualized base salary + incentive earnings, based on full-time schedule)

Location-Specific Offers

• Sign-On Bonus - $1,000 monthly stipend for first 12 months of employment (can be used towards a variety of things like gym memberships, child care, housing, etc)
• Relocation Assistance available
• Will assist in covering the cost of obtaining an Oklahoma dental hygiene license
