Sourcing is a talent management specialty focused on the identification, assessment and engagement of skilled candidates by utilizing proactive recruiting techniques. This position will require proactiveness, innovation, and the ability to create methods to initially research, identify, and qualify candidates for a wide variety for roles.

Experience :
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate recruiting and / or staffing environment
2. Screening / sourcing experience in a related role.
3. Strong communication and customer service skills
Education :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent amount of relevant work experiences
