Your mission :

In this role, you’ll ensure equipment reliability, guide a skilled team, and foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement :

• Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and installations for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage parts procurement, inventory control, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Support operational performance through equipment reliability and downtime reduction.
• Foster employee development through training, coaching, and cross-training.
• Other related tasks
