We’re currently hiring full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesia team across multiple surgical campuses in Saginaw, MI. Position Locations :

Covenant Medical Center Harrison – 1447 N. Harrison Street

Covenant Medical Center Cooper – 700 Cooper Avenue

Covenant HealthCare Mackinaw – 5400 Mackinaw Road

Position Highlights :

Flexible shifts : 8s, 10s, 12s, 24s — schedule built in 6-week blocks

Self-scheduling model allows for excellent work-life balance

Call : minimal weekday call; weekend call averages every 5-6 weeks

Call response time : 45 minutes (call rooms provided)

Compensation & Incentives :

Base rate starting at $110 / hr with increases to $120 / hr based on experience

Night shift differential : $4 / hr (7p-7a)

Weekend incentive program for weekender shifts

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute individualized anesthetic care plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists

Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and secure informed consent

Prepare and maintain equipment, medications, and monitoring devices

Administer and manage anesthesia throughout surgical and interventional procedures

Provide post-operative care hand-offs and collaborate with PACU staff

Participate in department meetings, continuing education, and quality assurance initiatives

Case Variety Includes :

Orthopedics, Neuro, Vascular, OB-GYN, Pediatrics / Neonatal, Bariatrics, Plastics, Cardiac, General Surgery, Labor & Delivery

Patient population : Pediatric to Geriatric

22 total ORs across all campuses

Qualifications : Required :

Current Michigan RN license (Compact licenses not accepted)

Graduate of accredited CRNA program

NBCRNA certification

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (can obtain after hire)

New graduates welcome to apply!

Preferred :

Prior CRNA experience preferred

Regional anesthesia (blocks, epidurals) experience is a plus
