Responsibilities

Driving company vehicle to pick-up and / or drop off equipment to customers place of business

Document customer orders and order instructions

Load and unload delivery vehicle

Issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pick-up or delivery

Cleans company vehicle as necessary

Monitor routine maintenance for company vehicle and coordinate with manager if necessary repairs are needed

Resolve and document customer complaints or issues

Routinely interact with customers as deliveries and / or pick-ups are made

Assist with shipping & receiving as needed

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • 3+ years driving experience with a valid driver's license and acceptable driver history
• Must be detail oriented

Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
