Job description

A company is looking for a Technical Support Manager to lead and scale their support team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale the support team to deliver world-class technical support

Oversee ticketing systems and ensure timely responses according to SLAs

Develop and implement an AI-driven support strategy to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Five years of experience in technical support with leadership responsibilities

Proven track record of managing support teams in high-growth or complex environments, preferably in health tech

Experience in deploying support automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency

Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
