Store Manager
The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including point-of-sale transactions, inventory management, and customer relations. This role requires leadership, organization, and an ability to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support sales staff and technicians as needed
- Manage daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and positive shopping environment
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sale service
- Coordinate with vendors, schedule deliveries, and manage product inventory
- Monitor store performance and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Prior experience in retail management or appliance sales preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with computers and point-of-sale systemsExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesReliable, punctual, and team-orientedSchedule
Full-time or part-time; Sunday through Saturday, flexible hours
