Overview

Strategy Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA) : Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Strategy Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows :

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in the Sourcing and Procurement Strategy group.
• Provide actionable insights to the world’s top organizations, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies they can execute with speed and at scale.
• Execute profitability and sustainability interventions, including Zero-Based Budgeting across SG&A and COGS expense lines focused on corporate restructuring and fueling corporate growth.
• Shape organizational and IT-specific strategies, visions, objectives, and calculated roadmaps, including people-first strategies, process improvements, and raising technological competencies.
• Identify means to reduce tactical work efforts, optimize operational effectiveness, and future-proof capabilities through use of advanced technologies, including RPA, AI, and Blockchain.
• Support financial due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions by standing-up M&A clean rooms and assessing true value of synergies, while documenting opportunities to sustain long-term value.

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the Strategy Consulting Industry.

Must have 2 years of experience working on strategic programs involving team leadership and project leadership.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the California Transparency Bill, the offered wage for this role is $217,300.00 per year.
