Responsibilities
Coaches, trains and develops team members around processes and procedures at each stationActively participates in team huddles offering great ideasConsistently thanks the team and celebrates successServes as a role model and coaches Brand service behaviorsFixes bottlenecks, calls chicken drops and monitors Speed of ServiceMakes sure the restaurant is welcoming and cleanSpends time with the guests in the dining room doing table touches throughout the shiftSupports the team to resolve guest concerns quicklyEnsures product quality and all standards are met on their shiftProvides ideas to the restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics and feedbackLeads each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team membersMust be proficient in each are of the restaurant to assist when necessaryUses shift tools and routines to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness Standards (QSC) are metEnsures accuracy of inventory and waste trackingReviews and approves invoices and inter-store transfers (ISTs)Checks people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustmentsFollows through with action plans for Employee Engagement, Voice of the Guest and Operational Assessments during the shiftAdditional Eligibility Qualifications
